Still serving some of our original 1963 clients, this firm has provided architectural and consulting MEP and civil engineering services for the merchandising and design of more than 1,750 restaurants, shops and stores that market a full spectrum of services, merchandise and foods.

Restaurants designed by the firm include Pacific Rim Bistro in Peachtree Center, (15) Arby’s for RTM, (4) McDonald’s along I-75 in South Georgia, Nona’s Italian Kitchen at Tower Place, Ciao Bella Italian in Alpharetta, Don Juan Mexican Cantina at CNN Center, Uncle John’s Pancakes and Po Folks in Cobb, Maylee’s in Gwinnett, Donatello in Tampa, and (2) Rue De Paris formerly in Buckhead and in Underground Atlanta.

The firm’s experience includes designing 12 Seattle-based Coffee Station stores and freestanding kiosks mainly in Manhattan, Charlotte, and Atlanta. Currently in progress are approximately 40 San Diego-based Mocha Java coffee kiosks in malls around the US.

Mall fast food locations by the firm include more than 50 locations for Mandarin Express, Tokyo Express, Big Easy Cajun, Roman Delight Pizza, and Le Petit Bistro. From its mall food tenant experiences, the firm is accustomed to dealing with the requests of a multitude of local health departments. The firm is genuinely focused on proactively obtaining approvals and permits in order to meet tight deadlines and construction schedules.
